A Yonkers man has been indicted in a fatal wrong-way crash.
Authorities say 20-year-old Efren Moreano was driving drunk the wrong way on the southbound side of the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh last February.
They say Moreano's vehicle crashed head-on into another car, killing Paul Duncan, an NYPD detective from Hartsdale.
Moreano was indicted on charges including manslaughter and DWI.
