Officials say a fire erupted in a two-story building Monday morning in Yonkers.
They say the fire occurred in a wood-frame building at 77 Ravine Ave. They say the building housed an apartment on the second floor and a vacant bar on the first.
Investigators say no one was in the building at the time of the fire but that it was not an accident.
Assistant Chief John Flynn says the Yonkers Fire Department found indicators that the fire was arson. He told News 12 that he cannot provide any further detail regarding the investigation.
Officials say a firefighter was injured while fighting the blaze, but is expected to be OK.
