The New York Yankees teamed up with Krasdale Foods to make sure Bronx residents in need will have a holiday meal on the table this Thanksgiving.
More than 2,600 people lined up at Yankee Stadium to receive free food vouchers.
The first person in line arrived at around 9 p.m. Wednesday for the event.
The vouchers are worth $25 and are for Bronx residents only. They are all redeemable at C Town and Bravo grocery stores.
