A woman accused of stealing from a Pine Bush farm stand has now allegedly apologized and paid the owner for the items taken after seeing News 12's report on the incident this afternoon.
The owner of the “Golden Roost” farm stand, Sarah Gailie, says she is no longer pressing charges and thanked News 12 for what she says is a "positive outcome" in the case.
Police in Crawford had said they were looking for the woman and the driver of the car she's seen getting away in after they were caught on surveillance video allegedly stealing from the small business Sunday on Route 52.
Officials say the case is closed if the victim no longer wants to press charges.
