Police say they believe they have caught the woman responsible for drowning a puppy in a cage.

Police say they believe they have caught the woman responsible for drowning a puppy in a cage.
Police took Tonya Fea into custody Tuesday. The New Jersey woman now faces a long list of charges.
The golden retriever puppy was found submerged in a crate near a pond in West Milford, New Jersey, which is not far the Orange County border.
Anyone with information is urged to call West Milford police in New Jersey.
