Rye officials are reminding for all residents regarding winter parking regulations.
As of Wednesday, no parking is allowed on any public street between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m.
However, if you reside within the Central Business District and lack access to off-street parking, you may be eligible for an all-day/all-night parking permit.
There are exceptions to the rule. All-night parking is permitted in the Halsted Lane parking area from now until March.
Permits for this area will be available for purchase from the city clerk. For further details on Rye's overnight parking restrictions, refer to the city's website and the city code parking laws online.
