A social media challenge aiming to support local restaurants is taking off in Rockland County. 

The ‘We Love Nyack’ and ‘Nyack Eats’ Facebook pages have teamed up for the #TakeOutNyackChallenge.

People are asked to order food from a Nyack restaurant and post a picture of it publicly with the hashtag.

Every post is a chance at a $100 gift card to a Nyack restaurant.

The winner will be announced during a Facebook Live event on May 31.
