Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
An upstate man will be arraigned on murder charges in the death of a college student from the Hudson Valley. Michael Snow was indicted last month on charges of second degree murder, manslaughter, assault and criminal use of a firearm. Elizabeth Howell, of Patterson, was shot on the SUNY Potsdam campus. No motive has been released yet.
A victim is recovering this morning after being pulled from a car engulfed in flames in Carmel. Officials were called to Route 301 at Gypsy Road on Thursday and found one person trapped inside the burning vehicle. Police were able to get the victim out safely. There has been no word on the cause of the fire.
Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a Sullivan County bank robbery. Officials say Charles Pratt, from Watertown, was found and taken into custody in Manhattan. Officials say Pratt robbed an M & T bank in Monticello Friday afternoon, They say he demanded money from the teller and said he had a gun.
