White Plains restaurant to donate special dish proceeds to Autism Speaks, nonprofit

The White Plains restaurant is putting Philip Schultz's chicken scarpariello dish on the menu Wednesday, with 10% of the proceeds going to Autism Speaks and the local nonprofit school Green Chimneys.

Sam's of Gedney Way is offering a chance to get involved with Autism Awareness Month before it ends this weekend. 
The White Plains restaurant is putting Philip Schultz's chicken scarpariello dish on the menu Wednesday, with 10% of the proceeds going to Autism Speaks and the local nonprofit school Green Chimneys.
Philip was diagnosed with autism at 9 months old and has a passion for food.
Chefs at Sam's have been working with him in the kitchen for the last year to give him this opportunity to cook for the community.
