David Rivera pleaded guilty to two counts of felony course of sexual conduct against a child.
The District Attorney's office says Rivera's victims were just 5 and 11 years old when the conduct began.
He's been sentenced to eight years in state prison, with 15 years post-release supervision and he must register as a sex offender.
