2h agoIf you're looking to do some last-minute holiday shopping or just looking for a place to enjoy some quality time with loved ones, you might want to head to White Plains.
The White Plains Holiday Market opened at noon today. The event has a variety of both big-name and local sponsors, including: Galleria White Plains, Silverman Realty, Cappelli, AAA Sunshine Realty, Nicjo Realty, Heineken, White Plains Hospital, The Premier Collection and Rose Associates.
Vendors are stocked with items that range from scarves to sangria, and with prices as low as $5 or as high as $500.
Some local artists are also featured among the market's many vendors, like muralist and instructor Katie Reidy. She will not only be on hand selling some of her colorful and locally made artwork, she also offers classes for aspiring artists via her website.
