Dozens attended a candlelight vigil in White Plains Tuesday evening to protest a Missouri grand jury's decision not to indict the police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager.

The vigil was held at the intersection of Mamaroneck and Main streets. Demonstrators held signs urging for police reform.

The vigil was organized by the Westchester Coalition for Police Reform, who say they planned the peaceful vigil to mourn the verdict that came down.
