Chef Giovanni Farruggio, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make spring pasta salad.
Ingredients:
  • ½ lb. Fusilli. (cooked and cooled)
  • ¼ cup red pepper. (small dice)
  • ¼ cup yellow pepper. (small dice)
  • ¼ cup orange pepper. (small dice)
  • ¼ cup red onion. (sliced)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes.
  • ¼ cup black olives. (sliced)
  • ½ cup broccoli florets.
  • 1 cup garlic infused oil.
  • ½ cup white balsamic.
  • 1 tbs salt.
  • 1 tsp black pepper.
Directions:
  • In a medium sized mixing bowl add the pasta, peppers, onion, tomatoes, olives, and broccoli.
  • Add the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  • Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
