A plane flying out of Westchester County airport has crash landed in Connecticut. 
Investigators say the aircraft lost power and clipped a high-tension wire last night, causing significant power outages throughout the city of Meriden.
Officials say there were two people on board. They were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The plane's identification number is registered to the Westchester Flying Club.
