The Westchester Industrial Development Agency on Tuesday voted in favor of moving forward with a new affordable housing project for seniors.
The organization approved providing financial incentives for a $44.5 million housing project in Ossining. The project, known as Crescent Manor Ossining, will be located at 136-140 Croton Ave. on a vacant site.
The 3.5-story building will consist of 74 units of affordable senior housing, catering to individuals aged 62 and older at different income levels.
