A Mahopac man has been indicted for allegedly pointing a gun at a school bus driver.
Special needs children were on board that bus while it happened.
The Westchester District Attorney says 20-year-old Michael Alarcon pointed his pistol at the driver while three kids were on the bus.
Alarcon faces several charges, including endangering the welfare of a child.
This happened in February on the Taconic Parkway in Mount Pleasant.
Alarcon is due back in court in October.
