Westchester County Executive Latimer gives coronavirus update

Westchester County Executive George Latimer provided a coronavirus update.
The new numbers for Tuesday were not provided, but as of Monday, 112,663 Westchester residents tested positive for COVID-19.
More than 70% were negative.
He said that 503 patients are currently hospitalized with COVID-19.
The antibody testing is continuing at the Westchester County Center, which is being done by Westchester Medical Center. He said they have done more than 2,000 tests. The testing is also underway at Northern Westchester Hospital. They have developed two testing sites, one in Mount Kisco and another in Chappaqua.
In terms of COVID-19 testing, there are many testing sites across the county. Gov. Cuomo said that Grace Baptist Church will become a testing site. 
In terms of reopening the county, Latimer said he will follow the guidelines set by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
Latimer discussed the seven metrics that Gov. Andrew Cuomo requires for a county to open.
Latimer says he is phasing in the opening up of the county's golf courses.
