The Beacon Bed and Breakfast went from hosting many excited customers to zero after opening in February and then dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic a month later.
The new business did its part to help by giving traveling nurses a place to stay during the height of the crisis.
Now, owner Danielle Warren says they are back in action and excited to share their homey getaway with everyone.
They have six traditional rooms with entirely different looks that people can choose from, a front and back patio for some fresh air, and of course, breakfast every morning.
Warren says they are taking extra steps to make sure everyone's stay is a safe one.
“We take safety as our highest precaution,” she told News 12.
The B&B is limiting its number of guests and staggering breakfasts depending on the number of guests.
While they have six rooms, they are only renting out four at a time to ensure every guest has their own bathroom.
