News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Julian Seawright says the Hudson Valley will see a cloudy and breezy Friday before heavy rainfall for the weekend.
NOW: Tonight will be a pretty night with some clouds increasing and cool temperatures.
NEXT: Clouds and wind increase on Friday ahead of a wet and windy weekend.

OVERNIGHT: Partly cloudy and a bit chilly again with lows in the 40s to low-50s.
FRIDAY: Becoming mostly cloudy and breezy with highs around 70 degrees. Lows around 53 degrees.
SATURDAY -- STORM WATCH: It is still looking like a nasty weekend. Expect cloudy skies with periods of rain likely. Rain may be heavy at times. A bit windy with gusts, mostly in the 25 to 35 mph range. Any minor change in storm track or intensity will change projected rain totals and wind strength. As of now, expect rain totals to be around 0.5 inches north to around 1.5 inches south. Outdoor plans should be reconsidered.
