WHAT'S NEW: On-and-and-off rain continues overnight and into Wednesday, then conditions will dry out.
WHAT'S NEXT: More sunshine and warmth both Thursday and Friday before a big cooldown this weekend.

OVERNIGHT - WEATHER TO WATCH: Mainly cloudy, breezy and scattered showers. Lows in the upper-40s to low-50s.
WEDNESDAY - WEATHER TO WATCH: Moderate to heavy rain possible, scattered showers for most of the morning and afternoon. Highs near 62. Lows near 50.
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny, mild and pleasant. Pick of the week. Highs in the mid- to low-70s. Lows in the 50s.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny and seasonably mild. Another pick of the week. Highs near 72. Lows in the mid- to low-40s.
THIS WEEKEND: Trending much cooler, mostly sunny and dry. Highs in the 50s with lows near 40.
