Numerous parks and beaches will open on Saturday, but News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Matt Hammer is at Croton Point Park a day early to a get sneak peek at what is new this season.

Hammer says Croton Point Park and Glen Island Park will be two places you can take a dip this weekend since Westchester County pools, including Saxon Woods in White Plains, Sprain Ridge and Tibbetts in Yonkers, and Willson's Woods in Mount Vernon, will not be open until June 23.
