Students and teachers got a big surprise Tuesday when the lobby at P.S. 24 Annex in Riverdale flooded.
The students had to be relocated a few blocks away to P.S. 24 Spuyten Duyvil School.
Authorities have not yet given any details on how the flooding happened.
