Around 20 homes have water today after a water main break in New Rochelle Thursday.
The water main break also caused flooding and part of Van Etten Boulevard to close down.
Crews had to break through the road to get to the busted, 21-inch pipe.
Officials say the warm up in temperatures after last week's deep freeze could be to blame.
