A sinkhole formed Friday in Nyack following a water main break.
Authorities say the collapse occurred at the intersection of Hudson and Piermont avenues around 6:30 a.m. Water department officials say it was an 8-inch water main.
A vehicle became stuck after driving into the hole. The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Officials say they had complaints of low pressure in the area a few days ago.
As of Friday evening, Piermont Avenue was closed between Depew and Cedar avenues.
