News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Craig Allen says the Hudson Valley will see a cloudy Saturday before periods of wet snow throughout Sunday.

NOW: Cold and quiet.
NEXT: STORM WATCH for Sunday and Sunday night for periods of wet snow and some light accumulations mostly North of I-287. A general 1 to 3 inches.
FORECAST:
OVERNIGHT: Clear and cold. Low near 25. Calm.
SATURDAY: Mainly dry. Becoming cloudy by afternoon. Highs around 41. Lows in the 20s and 30s.
SUNDAY: STORM WATCH - Periods of wet snow, starting around 10 a.m. and continuing through the evening. Some mixing along and South of I-287. A general 1 to 3 inches is expected with the highest amounts North, and mostly on colder surfaces. Highs in the 30s.
MONDAY: Early clouds, flurries, then mostly cloudy. Highs around 40.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and chilly. High: 39.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny, brisk and chilly. High: 37.
THURSDAY: WEATHER TO WATCH - A chance of a wintry mix towards late afternoon. High: 30s.
