BRIEFING NOTES:
Mamaroneck Town Supervisor Nancy Selgson joins Executive Latimer during his briefing.

Latimer: There are 1,000 active COVID-19 cases in the county. The overnight fatality number continues to be low. There were 4 on Thursday.
