White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach joins Latimer during daily briefing.
33,000+ confirmed COVID-19 cases in Westchester. There are 1,131 active cases in the county.
Latimer says Westchester is "halfway done with phase one." He says he hopes phase two will begin a week from today.
Latimer says three weeks from today could usher in phase three and the opening of restaurants.
Latimer: There were four deaths yesterday due to COVID-19.
Latimer addresses break-in at Yonkers businesses on McLean Avenue around 4 a.m. He says they were not part of looting. He calls them burglaries.
