A Wallkill man has admitted to assaulting a train conductor at the Port Jervis train station two years ago, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
Damarion Gulley, 24, and three others were seen running across the tracks by the conductor, who denied them boarding.
In response, the group attacked the conductor, leaving him with a broken jaw.
Gulley faces a potential prison sentence of four to six years when he is sentenced in May.
