A Wallkill man was arrested Sunday after being pulled over for traffic violations on Route 44-55 in Highland, according to police.
Luke Formisano, 23, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and seven counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said they found undisclosed substances in his vehicle after the traffic stop.
Formisano was arraigned in the Town of Lloyd Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail.
