Village of Liberty police responded to a 911 call Monday afternoon for a domestic disturbance at a home on North Main Street.
The caller told them 36-year-old Isaiah Blanch, from Livingston Manor, pointed a gun at her on her back porch.
Officers chased after him and took him into custody. They say they found a gun and crack cocaine.
Blanch had his first court appearance, and the judge sent him to jail without bail while his case gets started.
