Victim identified in fatal Cortlandt crash
A former Ossining resident died Friday night in a car accident in Cortlandt, according to authorities. State police say Manuel Collaguazo, 46, of Kingston, died in the crash on Route 9 around 6 p.m.

A former Ossining resident died Friday night in a car accident in Cortlandt, according to authorities.
State police say Manuel Collaguazo, 46, of Kingston, died in the crash on Route 9 around 6 p.m. Authorities say his vehicle crossed the double line, hitting a car driven by Patricia Jackson, 55.
Jackson is in stable condition at Westchester Medical Center.
Police temporarily closed the southbound lane of Route 9 between Jean Drive and Roa Hook Road.
