Military veterans throughout the Hudson Valley took time on Veterans Day to honor their own.
Veterans and their friends and family packed the hall at Empire Post 375 in Yonkers on Tuesday.
They paid homage to veterans from all branches of the military, living or dead, regardless of whether they served in combat.
As the veterans shared war stories, one man said he would do it all again.
"If they call us back again, I think we'd go," said William Vance, who served in the Korean War. "As a matter of fact, I know we'd go."
