A former Marine Corps private from Kingston pleaded guilty to gun trafficking charges.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, 22-year-old Rylan Peterson pleaded guilty on Wednesday to conspiring with others to unlawfully obtain firearms and send those firearms to an out-of-state resident.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 10.
Peterson faces up to 25 years in prison, five years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.
