U.S. Attorney's Office: Former Marine Corps private from Kingston pleads guilty to gun trafficking charges

Rylan Peterson, 22, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to conspiring with others to unlawfully obtain firearms and send those firearms to an out-of-state resident.

A former Marine Corps private from Kingston pleaded guilty to gun trafficking charges.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, 22-year-old Rylan Peterson pleaded guilty on Wednesday to conspiring with others to unlawfully obtain firearms and send those firearms to an out-of-state resident.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 10.
Peterson faces up to 25 years in prison, five years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.
