The slick and slippery roads across the Hudson Valley have forced Dutchess County to relocate its COVID-19 test giveaway scheduled for tomorrow.
The new location for Sunday's giveaway is Red Hook High School.
At-home testing kits and KN95 masks will be given away from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The county says unsafe driving conditions at the Dutchess County Fairground, the event's original location, forced the move.
