A Lake Katrine woman has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the 2022 overdose death of her partner's 14-year-old daughter.

The Ulster County District Attorney's Office says 29-year-old Kristin Delsanto and the girl's father, 35-year-old Collin Schlegel, contributed to the child's consumption of drugs and alcohol.

Schlegel also pleaded guilty to manslaughter and is scheduled for sentencing later this month.

Delsanto's sentencing is set for October.
