Ulster County deputies save goat from oncoming traffic

When the sergeant approached the goat it ran away, but he was eventually able to chase it down and return it back to its owner.

A goat now has a second shot at life after being saved by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office from oncoming traffic.
Deputies responded to a call reporting a traffic hazard on Route 9W in the Town of Lloyd.
The goat had wandered from a nearby property.
When the sergeant approached the goat it ran away, but he was eventually able to chase it down and return it back to its owner.
