'Turkey Bowl' in Rye Neck raises money for mental health awareness

The team invited younger kids from the around the district to play in the charity football game.

The Rye Neck football team hosted a charity “Turkey Bowl” at Florence Park in Mamaroneck on Sunday to raise awareness about mental health.
The team invited younger kids from the around the district to play in the charity football game. Before it kicked off, members from the team taught the kids how to play the game that they love.
Proceeds from the event will go to the JCK Foundation.
The players said they hope to raise around $1,000.
