Service has been fully restored to Amtrak's Northeast Corridor.
The rail suffered  major delays and cancellations this morning because of server issues. As a result, NJ Transit says rail service into and out of Penn Station was also subject to 45 minute delays, but is now back on time.
Metro-North, LIRR, and PATH trains were not affected and have been running on schedule.
