Transcripts have revealed an inside look into the Brinks getaway driver's thought regarding the deadly heist in 1981.

In a 98-page transcript of the April 3 parole hearing of Judith Clark, she admits to knowing her accomplices were armed in the Brinks robbery in Rockland County that left two police officers and a security guard dead.

Prison officials asked Clark, the getaway driver, "Clearly you were perfectly OK with an armed robbery taking place." Clark answered, "Yes, yes." Officials then added, "Knowing that people could get hurt, as they did." Clark responded, "Yes" again.

The deadly Brinks armored car heist was meant to secure funds to help build the Black Liberation Army. Clark's 75 years to life sentence was commuted to 37 years to life by Gov. Andrew Cuomo in 2016, paving the way for her to seek parole.

Denied in 2017, Clark walked free in May, much to the dismay of many top Rockland officials and members of the law enforcement community.

Clark expressed remorse for the men who lost their lives, saying, "There is no regret that ... no greater regret that I have in my life that they lost their lives that day. "I think about them leaving their homes that day and just expecting it to be a normal day in a suburban community ... I think about the fact that all of them had children."

The son of the murdered Brinks guard and a retired Nyack detective injured in the robbery are suing to overturn Clark's parole.
