Greenburgh police have released the names of the three people who died in what investigators say is a possible murder‑suicide.

Officers were called to conduct a welfare check at 351 Parkway Homes Road Thursday afternoon. When they got inside the house, they found 76‑year‑old Robert Watson, his daughter 50‑year‑old Cherika Johnson and her son 23‑year‑old Jaden Johnson. All three had been shot.

Thursday coverage

Detectives are still trying to determine exactly what happened, but say two of the family members were already dead and the third was rushed to Westchester Medical Center but also died.

Police say this appears to be an isolated incident of domestic violence, and there is no threat to the community.

Greenburgh Police Detectives are asking anyone with information that may help with the investigation to call (914) 989‑1725. If you or anyone you know is struggling and needs help, simply dial 9‑8‑8 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, 24/7.
