Some commuters are being forced to find new ways to get where they need to be following the shutdown of two Bronx subway stops. 

Six train stations on Zerega and Buhre avenues were closed Saturday as part of an ongoing $109 million renewal program along the Pelham line. 

The MTA is providing supplemental bus service for rush hours, as well as free shuttle buses during overnight hours, in order to compensate for increased ridership on Westchester Avenue buses due to the train service disruptions. 

Some local business owners also complain that they're already seeing fewer customers because of the construction. 

Transportation officials say improvements include repaired stairs and platforms, and stations being completely repainted.

The stations will be closed through February 2015.
