A crash involving a tractor-trailer and passenger vehicle blocked all lanes of the New York Thruway in Rockland County this morning.

The occupants in the vehicles only suffered minor injuries
For hours, southbound traffic inched by on the right shoulder and there was over a three-mile back-up. Traffic on northbound side of the thruway was diverted off at exit 14 (Route 59) until about 5:30 a.m. when it was reopened.
Crews were finally able to get the truck upright and clear the thruway on the southbound side around 6:30 a.m.
The cause of the crash is unknown yet.
