A tractor-trailer carrying over 100,000 pounds of rocks overturned on Saw Mill River Road in Hawthorne Tuesday afternoon. 

Officials say the crash occurred after a minivan collided with the tractor-trailer. 

The road was closed in both directions between Route 141 and Dana Road, but reopened Tuesday evening. 

Officials say there were minor injuries.
