If you bought a Keurig K-cup within the last several years, you may be able to claim some cash from a court settlement.

However, you don't have a lot of time left to stake your claim.

Keurig announced in 2016 that it would start making recyclable pods, but according to Greenpeace, only one recycling facility in the United States accepts the K-cups.

One customer filed a class action lawsuit, and last year Keurig agreed to pay $10 million to settle and update labeling on its packaging to communicate that K-cups are "not recycled in all communities."

The deadline to file is today.
