I'm gonna send it over to my colleague Jonathan Gordon, who was also in Rockland. Jonathan. You're in Hilburn, right? Yeah, we're on route 59 in Hill Burn. And as you will see as this car passes, getting some of our first pretty legitimate uh flooding here. And uh I mean, look, this is uh significant. Uh you know, at this point, it's starting to kind of build up over time. We've been in this position for about 10 minutes and we are really starting to see it as cars pass by. We've seen uh police come by a couple of times to check this area out. Uh We are near the Ramapo River. Uh but this water appears because in the other direction of the river. But to give you a kind of perspective of where we are and you can still see beyond just some of that early flooding, you're still seeing the wind is whipping around a lot of that rain. You are still seeing it coming down significant at this hour. And so those are all things we continue to monitor. As Emily said, you know, you want to take it very slow, particularly around these areas where it is a higher risk of hydroplane. You don't exactly know how deep the water may be.

We're gonna send things over to Jonathan Gordon, who's out as of right now. How are things over by you, Jonathan? The storm is just relentless, isn't it? We are just getting battered out here in Cornwall with just a lot of rain almost sideways and the wind is really, certainly picking up as we go on throughout the night. Uh, that is really the toughest part. Uh, you know, and, and we're trying and we'll see if we can get a good shot up here by this flagpole where we are is some of this wind is really just been pushing it through it. Like maybe we're getting a nice little break right as we go on here. But, uh, look, it is certainly not easy to navigate these roads out here. You can still see through the light. Uh, just how much wind is coming down. I, I'm still fighting, you know, with the umbrella here. Um, most of the local roads, what we're hearing at the moment, the local roads really slick. Take it slow. Haven't heard of many reports exactly yet of any type of major flooding. We checked down by the Hudson River. Just a little bit. I mean, it wasn't, it is coming up a little bit, but to be expected, nothing crazy just yet. But we're going to continue to follow in terms of some of that flooding and some of those other issues. Again, best advice is always just to take it as slow as you can and allow emergency first responders to get where they need to be.
