If you have to buy new equipment, check with your local sporting goods store to see if they offer coupons or discounts to town residents.
While it is costly and seems impossible to juggle, it’s important to remember kids should be having fun.
For children not enrolled in school yet, check to see if your town has any free or discounted trial classes for activities.
Or ask friends with similar aged children to join in a backyard activity to split the cost.
