Job hunters are making it their full-time mission to seek higher paying work this year.

Typically, the holidays can see a "career-search slowdown," but not so in December 2022.

"Right now the job market is hot," says Manisha Subramanian of staffing agency Pridestaff. "We have people starting daily at jobs."
