It's going to cost you a little more to put together that Thanksgiving dinner this year.
According to the New York Farm Bureau, the cost of preparing a turkey dinner with all the "fixings" has jumped up 3 percent.
The average total price this year, which includes a 16-pound turkey, is $52.30. That's about $2 more than last year.
Farmers say the rise in turkey prices is likely due to the Avian Flu outbreak in the Midwest earlier this year.
