Yandie Martinez, 18, pleaded not guilty to murder charges in a Rockland County court today.
He is accused of shooting and killing 29-year-old Christian Alvarado
in Haverstraw on July 1. Martinez remains in custody without bail.
Martinez was extradited from South Carolina, where he was arrested last month.
