More than 100 people swam across the Hudson River Sunday to raise money for local charities.
The annual Lighthouse Swim took participants 3 miles from Nyack to Kingsland Point Park in Sleepy Hollow.
Proceeds support several groups, including Feeding Westchester.
"It's a challenging swim but it's an exciting one," said Swim Director Terry McGlynn. "It's so heartwarming to see everyone come together for a common cause and do some good."
This year's event raised more than $50,000.
